1. The term "capsules" has been selected because it is a LOC subject authority and it is also the term used by PD most often to market pharmaceuticals. PD also markets the capsules as "Kapseals" which "designates the hermetically sealed capsules manufactured by Parke, Davis & Company" (Chloromycetin bottle label). Except when specified on a bottle as "tablet" or "pill", capsule will be used.
