Lloyd Medicine Bottle Collection - 1936

Lloyd bottlesBottles in this collection are either known to be from the Lloyd Brothers, Pharmacists, Inc. (LBP) laboratories or were manufactured by LBP sometime up to ca.1936, when John Uri Lloyd, the last of the three Lloyd brothers, passed away. While the company name continued to exist up until approximately 1959, the majority of the bottles in the collection appear to be pre-1936 era materials. Short inventory here provides an accession number, bottle label/title, size of bottle, and description, especially noting any damage or unique features. You may download the complete inventory here. Collection was labeled and processed spring/summer 2013 by Lloyd Library MLIS intern, Erin Campbell.
